I design AI and cloud architectures, and I see them through to production.

Right now I work as an AI architect: I come in before the code, while it is still an open question what is worth solving with artificial intelligence and what is not. I walk an organisation’s processes end to end, identify and prioritise use cases by value and by cost of integration, and translate that into an architecture and a roadmap that can actually be executed: RAG, agents and multi-provider AI gateways on Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI or open-source models, depending on what the case demands in cost, latency or data sovereignty.

What sets me apart is that I come from both shores. I have done the full cycle of full-stack development, led infrastructure and designed complex cloud architectures. I don’t just draw the architecture: I understand the code that runs on it and I automate its deployment with CI/CD and Kubernetes. On top of that sits the part nobody sees and everybody feels when it breaks — identity and security: PKI on AD CS, Entra ID, access management and hardening.

Outside working hours I build and operate my own platforms end to end —architecture, code, CI/CD and deployment— on a Kubernetes cluster I run myself. It is where I really test what I later propose.
