What data we process and why

This site is static and has no contact forms or user area, so it does not collect identifying data that you provide directly. We only process:

  • Web analytics data (Google Analytics 4 via Google Tag Manager): only if you give your consent through the cookie banner. It is used to understand, in an aggregated and pseudonymized way, how the site is used (page views, language, approximate device type).
  • Technical security and operation data: the hosting provider (Cloudflare) may log technical data —such as the IP address— to ensure the security and correct operation of the service.
  • Analytics: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
  • Security and operation: the legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) of the owner and the hosting provider in keeping the service secure and operational.

Recipients and international transfers

Analytics relies on Google services, and hosting on Cloudflare, Inc.. These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area (for example, in the USA). When this happens, transfers are covered by valid mechanisms such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Retention

Analytics data is retained for the period configured in Google Analytics. Technical logs are kept for as long as necessary for security and operation purposes.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent, by contacting via LinkedIn. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es) or your local supervisory authority.

Automated decision-making

No automated decision-making or profiling with legal or significant effects is carried out.
